Beautiful, quiet, cozy!! and I can not remember the last time I didn't cringe when opening an electric bill! I love living here and I would and have recommended several people here! I feel fortunate to live in such a nice and safe community :)

I can't honestly rate this place high enough! Me and my wife moved in and Mr. Burnett made everything an easy process. Also, the apartments are made to be top notch. If I do work in Paducah again I'll be staying here.
